1. Before You Begin
Ensure all parts are included in your kit
Place the unit on a stable, flat surface
Keep the area clear of obstructions
Always unplug the unit before making adjustments
2. Assembly Instructions
Step 1 — Unbox Components
Remove all parts from the packaging and check that you have the filter, housing, fan module, and mesh guards.
Step 2 — Fit the Filter
Insert the filter (16×25 or 20×25 depending on your model) with the airflow arrow pointing toward the fan side.
Step 3 — Attach Fan Module
Place the fan housing gently on top of the filter, aligning it with the edges.
Step 4 — Secure With Mesh Guard
Install your mesh guard (if included) to keep the filter secure and protect external contact.
Step 5 — Power On
Plug the unit into a standard outlet and switch on the fan.
3. Safe Operation
Do not block the airflow intake or exhaust
Keep children and pets away from the fan blades
Avoid placing the unit near water or moisture
Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth
Never spray cleaning liquids directly into the fan
4. Filter Replacement
To maintain clean air performance, replace your filter every 3–6 months depending on usage.
Signs your filter needs replacing:
Reduced airflow
Visible dust on the filter surface
Unusual noise from the fan
Replacement filters (16×25 and 20×25) are available in our store.
5. Troubleshooting
Unit vibrating or shaking?
Re-seat the filter in the correct position.
Airflow seems low?
Check for blockages or a worn-out filter.
Fan noise increased?
Inspect filter alignment and make sure guards are fixed properly.
