Orders & Shipping

How long does UK delivery take?

2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched same day.

Is delivery free?

Yes — free shipping on all UK orders over £100. Standard UK shipping is £9.99 for orders under £100.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Oxford, UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Order page.

Products & Usage

Which Luggable should I choose?

It depends on your room size and finish preference:

  • 5-Fan (Blanc or Obsidian acrylic) — from £229: Up to 450 sq ft. Ideal for bedrooms, home offices, and smaller living rooms.
  • 7-Fan XL (all models) — from £229: Up to 650 sq ft. Best for living rooms, large bedrooms, open-plan spaces, and classrooms.

The Luggable Standard (hardboard, £229) is available in 7-Fan XL only. The Blanc (white acrylic) and Obsidian (black acrylic) come in both 5-Fan and 7-Fan XL. The High Output XL (from £279) is our most powerful model.

What is CADR and why does it matter?

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) measures how much filtered air a purifier produces per hour — higher is better.

  • 5-Fan models: 369 m³/hr — covers up to 450 sq ft
  • 7-Fan XL models: 681 m³/hr — covers up to 650 sq ft

Both figures are independently tested by Intertek. Our 7-Fan XL achieves 16 Smoke CADR per Watt — more efficient than any HEPA purifier in the Energy Star database.

How loud are your air purifiers?

The Luggable XL Ultra operates at just 39dB on maximum — quieter than a library. Most customers run them overnight without any sleep disturbance.

How often should I replace the filters?

Every 6–12 months depending on usage and air quality. If you have pets or allergies, every 4–6 months is better. We stock replacement filters in our store — 3M Filtrete MPR 1900–2200 series.

Do your purifiers help with hay fever?

Yes. MERV-13 filtration captures 93%+ of pollen particles. Many UK customers report significant improvement in hay fever symptoms within days, especially when running a unit in the bedroom at night.

Are your purifiers safe for pets?

Absolutely. Our purifiers use purely mechanical filtration — no ozone, UV, or ionisers. Safe for all pets including birds, which are particularly sensitive to air quality.

Warranty & Returns

What is your return policy?

14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. Return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. See full returns policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at support@cleanairkits.eu with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video if possible

We'll troubleshoot with you and arrange a replacement if needed.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Clean Air Kits come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects and malfunctions.

Are prices shown in GBP?

Yes, all prices on cleanairkits.eu are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT.

Yes, all prices include 20% UK VAT. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Through Shop Pay, you can split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Select Shop Pay at checkout to see available options.
